Content marketing is the name of the game in 2025. Whether you're a B2B looking to position yourselves as thought leader, or a B2C keeping up with the latest TikTok trends, content creation and targeted distribution is key. I make sure we find the balance between volume and quality, utilising LLM and AI video where needed to complement the human touch.
I have built and managed websites for 10+ years and been through every CMS you can imagine. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, WordPress - and even WordPress... My priority will always be performance and purpose, whether we are starting from scratch, migrating, or optimising.
Acquiring customers can be hard, so keeping them is crucial. Salesforce, Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp - I've used them all. Implementing and building out compliant, personalised, engaging and data-driven workflows is a must.
SEO can be key to getting eyes on your product. Managing all your own content and technical SEO can feel like a behemoth; an insurmountable mountain. Creating and implementing a consistent and efficient strategy to climb the rankings is always on my agenda.
